Black Garlic Ribs Recipe (6 servings)
Ingredients: 1.2 kg pork ribs, 5-8 black garlic (sliced​​), 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, a half tablespoon of salt, a half tablespoon of sugar, a half tablespoon sesame oil
